Returns

All Michael Alexander items are made to order. We are committed to making your apparel and/or merchandise right the first time. We can only accept returns for reason of our fault, such as wrong size sent, damaged product, and wrong item. Eligible returns of products purchased on MichaelAlexanderOfficial.com can return 7 days from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed in original condition with original tags attached and packaging. Items that have been worn, used, and altered or damage will not be accepted. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so, can delay the processing of your return.

Please note that it might take your bank additional time to process your funds back to your account. Refunds from returns will be charged back to the bank account in which the original order was paid from.

All PRE-ORDER items are Final Sale Items, No returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted. Products that are PRE-ORDER CANNOT be returned

Shipping costs will not be subject to a refund and a restocking fee will be charged. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. A return tracking number is required, to process any refunds.

International orders are not eligible for returns

 

Exchanges

Currently, we do not accept exchanges for any reason. We can only accept exchanges for reason of our fault, such as wrong size sent, damaged product, and wrong item If you would like a different size or color. Please return your items unworn, in original condition with original tags attached and place a new order. If you have questions regarding an order, you received or received the wrong item, size or there a defect. Make sure you include your Full Name, Phone Number, Mailing Address, Order Number and a brief description and pictures of your request.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

 

Restocking Sold Out Items

If you are looking for an item that is sold out, chances are it won’t be restocked. Almost all items are Limited Quantity. Unless it requested in high demand, we may consider a restock. You can always contact us to see if we are restocking certain items.

 

Final Sale Items

During Sale periods, ALL Sales are Final. Michael Alexander has the right to extend, modify, and discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.

Michael Alexander does not participate in price matching with other retailers.

 

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, DISCOVER, JCB AND UNION PAY) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Please note that all payment transactions are subject to verification with the card issuer. Your credit card will be charged only when the order is finalized. We will not be held responsible for any refusal of a card issuer to authorize the transaction. We do conduct standard pre-authorization on the card and products will not be shipped until verification is approved.

Michael Alexander makes every effort to make sure details on our website are accurate. From time to time, we may discover an error in pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order. We will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product that was advertised and priced incorrectly.  We at Michael Alexander, reserve the right to cancel the order and we will email you to inform you of the cancellation.  Refund the full amount to you as soon as we can.
