Refund policy

All Michael Alexander items are made to order. We are committed to making your apparel and/or merchandise right the first time. We can only accept returns for reason of our fault, such as wrong size sent, damaged product, and wrong item. Eligible returns of products purchased on MichaelAlexanderOfficial.com can return 7 days from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed in original condition with original tags attached and packaging. Items that have been worn, used, and altered or damage will not be accepted. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so, can delay the processing of your return.

Please note that it might take your bank additional time to process your funds back to your account. Refunds from returns will be charged back to the bank account in which the original order was paid from.
