Shipping Services
All U.S. orders always ship standard ground shipping. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 2-7 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Michael Alexander cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Michael Alexander control. However, remote addresses may require additional delivery time.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods. We ship to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee if items are returned.
Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Pre-Order
You can pre-order our products before they launch. The delivery timeframe for each product is noted in the product description and is approximately 10-12 weeks starting from the receipt of the confirmation email. All articles for which a pre-order is possible are marked on the website. Should your pre-order also contain non pre-order items. These items will be shipped as they are ready and possibly in multiple shipments. You will receive an email with the tracking number of the package so you can track it on the courier’s website. In PRE-ORDER purchases, credit cards are debited at the time of purchase. We are unable to cancel your order once it’s been placed.
In case the product in PRE-ORDER fails to deliver by the estimate timeframe. Michael Alexander will promptly inform and refund customers. We will not be held responsible for any delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Michael Alexander. That caused the PRE-ORDER product to arrive at the warehouse later than specified on the purchase page.
PRE-ORDER Items will be shipped right after the items are available in stock.
International Shipping Information
All international orders will be shipped via DHL or UPS. We do not cover duties, taxes, or custom fees in shipping cost. Please make sure you are familiar with your countries import charges before ordering.
We ship to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee if items are returned.
Holidays Closure Information
Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on weekends and the following major holidays:

- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- 2nd or 3RD Week of August
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- 4th week of September
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day.
- Website will be shut down From December 10- January 3. All Holiday orders must be placed by December 9 to be delivered by Christmas Day.
Track Order
For the latest on your delivery. Please refer to the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation e-mail. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Majority of our orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that the delivery times are estimates and do not apply to Michael Alexander pre-orders. Orders placed after the cut-off times or on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Michael Alexander is unable to ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO Addresses. All orders with a PO Box, APO or FPO Addresses will be cancelled. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
Lost Packages
Proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number. Michael Alexander is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.
If your tracking number says “delivered” and you haven’t received your package. Please contact the courier provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package, if not a claim will need to be filed with the shipping courier as soon as possible.
